Central product development and support

This core group maintains the Thinkingcap kernel and builds Thinkingcap toolkits and generic applications. Required qualifications include a good numerate degree and experience of Java together with outstanding software development and innovation skills.

Client project implementation and support

This group uses Thinkingcap on client projects, frequently on client premises and working with client staff. Required qualifications include enterprise application development projects and Java/Unix experience.

Business consultancy

The business consultancy group works with clients and partners to formulate and sell business solutions based on Thinkingcap. It is also responsible for client and partner awareness and training programmes. Required qualifications include experience of working in a well-regarded consultancy, project management and up to date technical awareness.
